By using OffCloud.tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all five tools and all content pages on offcloud.tools.

2. What OffCloud.tools provides

OffCloud.tools provides free browser-based utility tools for personal and commercial use. The tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

3. Permitted use

You may use OffCloud.tools tools to process your own files or files you have the right to process. You may not:

  • Use the tools to process files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the site
  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

4. Intellectual property

The source code, design, and content of OffCloud.tools are owned by OffCloud.tools. Files you process remain your own property. We claim no ownership over any file you use with our tools.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffCloud.tools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the tools, including (but not limited to) loss of data, loss of income, or damage to your device. Your use of the tools is entirely at your own risk.

6. Third-party links

OffCloud.tools includes affiliate links and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site. Affiliate links are clearly labelled.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
